Horizontal Machining Centers
The NH Series is a high-production 2-pallet HMC. It features the YCM IDD 15,000 rpm spindle for increased productivity. A one-piece T-type base with ribbed construction provides maximum rigidity and thermal stability, while precision large-diameter roller type guideways on all axes enable rapid feedrates up to 60 m/min.

YCM L Series turning centers have a robust one-piece base casting to help distribute cutting forces, reduce vibration, and structural deformation. Box Way Design
The GT Series turning centers are made from a single-pour Meehanite® base casting with a box way type guideway design. This highly rigid and thermally stable design dampens vibration and ensures lasting power, performance, and precision. The GT series is standard with a powerful spindle motor that provides the necessary torque for tough to machine roughing operations at low speeds, and a 12-station Block type turret. The GT is perfect for basic to mid-range components.
Box Way Design
YCM TC Series turning centers are designed with a one-piece Meehanite® base casting to minimize vibration, while ensuring rigidity and accuracy. TC Series includes a powerful spindle with 2-speed gearbox, 12-station turret, and programmable tailstock. The spindle with 2-speed gearbox provides the power and torque required for tough to machine materials making these machines perfect for low or high production environments.
The VS Series uses a box-in-box design, which is a closed construction of the cross-beam and cross-slide (Y-axis), including the Z-axis RAM unit.
5-6-Axis with Rotary Table
The VU Series features a TRIMILL trademark of rigidity and thermal stability with its box-in-box gantry design and UHPC (ultra high performance concrete) concrete side walls. The result is high accuracy and repeatability. 5-axis machining is achieved with a rotary table and main spindle tilt. For 6-axis machining, rotation of the main spindle head is available. Machining five sides in a single setup with the option to extend the X-axis 39.4”(1,000 mm) increments makes the VU Series a productive choice for large format machining.
5-Axis with Changeable Heads
The TRIMILL VM Series has an auto-head change feature. Up to 13 different milling heads can be stored and selected – straight, angled, fork, universal 3-axis and/or 5-axis machining, each with a specialized milling head. 5-axis operation supports roughing and finishing with a single setup. The VM Series shares the TRIMILL trademark of rigidity and thermal stability with its box-in-box gantry design and polymer concrete side walls, ensure high accuracy and repeatability.

The VF Series shares the TRIMILL trademark of rigidity and thermal stability with its box-in-box gantry design, UHPC (ultra high performance concrete) concrete U-shaped based with sidewalls, resulting in high accuracy and repeatability.

Ziersch surface grinding machines are built on a sturdy cast iron base for maximum rigidity. Longitudinal axis slideways are hand scraped and coated with Turcite® for excellent vibration dampening, and preloaded precision linear guideways (Bosch Rexroth) and ball screws are used in the vertical and cross-axis to ensure high rigidity and accuracy. The machines are easy and comfortable to use with a large touchscreen display and fully automated grinding and dressing cycles.
The large format series of Ziersch surface grinding machines are designed to process large workpieces up to 78.74” (2,000 mm) wide. A heavy cast iron base provides maximum support and rigidity. Longitudinal axis slideways are hand scraped and coated with Turcite® for excellent vibration dampening, and preloaded precision linear guideways (Bosch Rexroth) and ball screws are used in the vertical and cross-axis to ensure high rigidity and accuracy. This, combined with Heidenhain measuring for precise vertical positioning, delivers high-quality grinding results.

cast iron base, combined with linear, vertical, and cross axes guideways (Bosch Rexroth) for very high accuracy.

the vertical axes. Automatic grinding and dressing cycles
and a large touchscreen display make the machines

Operation is easy using the large touch screen and electronic handwheel in the X- and Y-axes. The heavy cast iron base provides maximum rigidity. Preloaded precision linear guideways in the X-axis (Bosch Rexroth) while hand-scraped horizontal slideways in the Z-axis provides vibration dampening, resulting in high accuracy, performance, and excellent surface patterns.
Deep Hole Drilling and Milling
The CHETO SIC Series of deep-hole drilling
with milling machines can also be used for standard drilling, 3+2 milling (SiC650 | 1000) and 5-axis milling (SiC1000 HD). 6-axis machining flexibility makes the SIC Series truly an all-in-one solution. Absolute linear encoders in X, Y, and Z axes and absolute angular encoders in A and B axes deliver repeatable high-precision drilling and cutting.
Deep Hole Drilling and Milling
The CHETO IXN Series includes the same all-in-one features of the SIC Series, but with greater travel and the added flexibility and productivity of 6-axis machining (with option for 7-axis). This model can also be equipped with an automatic tool changer up to 120 tools and an intelligent Wise software designed to optimize material cutting and extend tool life.
Deep Hole Drilling and Milling
The CHETO PTT 2500 Series deep-hole drilling with milling machine is versatile and can be used for drilling and 5-axis milling applications, being equipped with a 5 ton tilting rotating table. The PTT 2500 features single-stroke drilling (W) of 66.9” (1,700 mm) and a max combined drilling stroke (W+Z) of 66.9” (1,700 mm) x 31.5” (800 mm). Absolute linear encoders in the X, Y, and Z axes and absolute angular encoders in the A and B axes deliver repeatable high-precision drilling and cutting. Quick changes from drilling to milling, an automatic chip conveyor, and easy CNC or electronic handwheel operation make the PTT 2500 flexible and easy to use.
BTA and Gundrill System
The CHETO INL Series combines deep hole drilling and BTA-Gundrilling applications in a single system. Dedicated to processing round bars, the 2-axis INL Series can drill parts up to 16.7 ft (6 m) long and features quick changeover from BTA to gun drill tooling, an automatic chip conveyor, a coolant tank with automatic filtering,
